APIs and Developer Tools
Video Catalog API
Developers can integrate the Grab video catalog into their applications using our Catalog API—enabling automated publishing of video, or by integrating the Grab video catalog into their web CMS, to allow editors to select videos to promote on their sites or to pair with text articles.
Catalog assets include the video object code and all associated metadata, including keywords, titles, STT transcripts, and preview images which can be collectively used to make the video you publish discoverable by search engines and providing SEO lift to your site overall.
Player-in-Player API
Publishers with their own video CMS can play Grab video content through their own player via the Player-In-Player API, which allows your player to control playback of Grab content through AS3 or javascript.

Grab Players
Regardless of what feed you choose, there are several display styles to choose from. Below are descriptions of the styles available when choosing your feed. Each can be customized to fit the size and look you need.
Vertical Thumbnail Player
Both player and playlist combined into one unit with built in pagination to allow many assets to be loaded in a compact space.
Companion Player
A standalone video player displaying one video—perfect for highlighting a featured video to accompany an article. The contents of the video can be automatically populated with related content based the context of the page, or programmed by you.
Video Jukebox
Intended for a standalone video page, the video jukebox is combinds a player with mulitple playlist. Only available as a custom request. Our sales team can help you build a custom video page.
Grab Promo Widgets
Need to promote your video content? The widgets below can be added to your pages to instantly transform them into multimedia experience. Each can be customized to fit the size and look you need and can target either a light-box player or a Grab player anywhere on your site.
Article Bumper
A horizontal list of the latest videos from your feed. When clicked, the selected video can be opened in a light-box or be directed to a Grab player anywhere on your site.
